At Maiya Publishing, your stories are precious. Before you upload your personal text and images, we want to be crystal clear about how we will handle them with care and respect.

By proceeding, you are giving us your consent to use the content you upload for the sole purpose of creating your personalised book.

Here's our promise to you:

We Use It For Your Requested Product Only

Your stories, photos, and personal details will only be used to design, compile, and produce the unique book/work product you have ordered.

You Own Your Work

You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to your content and the final book we create for you. We claim no rights to your work.

Secure & Limited Sharing

We will only share your book's content with our trusted and vetted printing partners to physically produce your order. They are under strict contractual obligations to maintain confidentiality and cannot use your data for any other purpose.

Secure Deletion

To ensure your privacy, we will permanently and securely delete all the creative content (stories, images, etc.) you uploaded for an order 90 days after it has been successfully delivered to you. We retain it for this short period only for quality assurance and to assist with any reprint requests.
