Determined to make publishing more transparent, collaborative, and author-centric, she created a space where every writer feels supported. As a Trustee of People For Animals (PFA), empathy remains central to both her leadership and Maiya's philosophy. Her multidisciplinary career across various sectors shapes a nuanced understanding of both people and business. Deeply connected to institutions such as FICCI FLO and the legacy of the Maiya family behind the iconic MTR brand, she brings together entrepreneurial acumen, cultural sensitivity, and an expansive professional network to redefine the publishing experience.
